As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you will be responsible for designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revisions, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program, and making changes as needed. You will also be responsible for driving compensation and benefits practices that are best in class.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Structure Design: Develop and implement compensation structures that align with the organization's overall HR philosophy.
- Salary Range Determination: Determine salary ranges for various job positions based on market data and organizational needs.
- Annual Salary Revisions: Manage annual salary revisions, including survey analysis, budget development, and communication of salary changes to employees and management.
- Compensation Program Monitoring: Monitor the compensation program to ensure it is aligned with organizational goals and make adjustments as needed.
- Wellbeing Programs: Drive the development and implementation of wellbeing programs that promote employee health and mental wellbeing.
- Benefits Portfolio Management: Manage the organization's benefits portfolio, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Vendor Market Intelligence: Conduct research and analysis on vendor market intelligence to optimize ROI and drive business value.
- 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR.
- Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance.
- Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
- Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
- Able to handle large size data in Excel skill.
- Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
- Time management and analytical skills.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
