Job Description:

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with business objectives and market competitiveness. Your expertise in designing and managing employee benefits programs, as well as your ability to drive annual compensation review cycles, will ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans) aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  • Performance & Rewards: Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.
