Job Description:

The ideal candidate will proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories. Engaging in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals is crucial for this role.

Candidates must clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings, qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.

Maintaining and updating call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools is essential for success in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of both Hindi and English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
