We're looking for a Telecalling Executive with 1-3 years experience to join our team. We offer a comprehensive solution that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam, confidence while speaking with clients over the phone, and a proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to introduce and explain our product, following up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries, fixing appointments and scheduling product demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools, and sharing product information and resolving basic queries related to features and benefits.
