Job Description:

This role involves leading diagnostics across plants and value streams, establishing baseline KPIs, and prioritizing value.

  • Design and deliver cost-out programs focusing on Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint.
  • Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps incorporating MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics, and run pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Build business cases and benefit-tracking models, present to CXO/Board, drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domain.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.

  • Strong core consulting skills including logical structuring and storyboarding.
