Senior Digital Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Leader to drive our global marketing strategy and lead cross-functional teams in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing;
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new products and services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leadership and team management;
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business goals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required, familiarity with Hindi is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts;
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Independent thinking and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability;
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or dropshipping is a plus.
