Senior Manager, Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) initiatives in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) domain. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by developing and executing LDT roadmaps, delivering digital projects, and implementing operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in driving RPA programs, deploying automation solutions, and championing process standardization. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve business outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute LDT Roadmaps: Create and implement comprehensive LDT plans to address business challenges/opportunities in the F&A domain.
  • Lead Digital Project Delivery: Oversee the development and deployment of digital projects, including RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects.
  • Analytical Direction: Provide strategic guidance to business analysts to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Process Standardization: Champion the implementation of global processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Automation Solutions: Deploy automation tools, such as RPA, macros, visualizations, and lean six sigma projects.
Requirements:
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Proven Experience in Driving RPA Programs
  • Extensive Experience in the F&A Domain, particularly in Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Skilled in Continuous Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies
Preferred Skills:
  • F&A Domain - OTC
  • Client-Facing Consulting Experience
