Job Title

A Lead Data Engineer-Solution Architect is required to join our team.

  • This role involves designing and implementing large-scale data architectures for insurance business processes.

The ideal candidate should have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in data architecture or data engineering roles, with a significant focus in P&C insurance domains preferred.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing large-scale data architectures for insurance business processes.
  2. Leveraging various database technologies (Azure SQL, MongoDB, Cosmos), data transformation tools (Informatica IICS, Databricks), change data capture, and data streaming technologies (Apache Kafka).
  3. Developing expertise in ensuring data security patterns, authentication, and authorization methods, as well as compliance with insurance regulations and frameworks.
  4. Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives that simplify claims processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
