We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our HR team in Hosur (near Bangalore). This role is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

This position requires close collaboration with the payroll and HR teams. The ideal candidate should have experience specifically in Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits roles, not general HR or payroll operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of compensation policies that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs to enhance employee value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Prior experience working with Tier 1 and 2 Institutes.
  • The Electronics Manufacturing industry is a preferred sector.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a 6-day work week environment.

Please note: This role is unsuitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.
