About the Role

As a member of the Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation team within Global Commercial Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the end-to-end pricing to payments process. This is critical in driving and retaining business with top Commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include supporting incoming cases and queries on field-facing dashboards, customer insights, SPLENDID, and other products. You will need to clearly document resolutions and work to maintain knowledge articles on trending issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Change management ability, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizational changes
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and supporting colleagues
  • Ability to take independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Sound decision-making ability, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow CSM experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the platform and its applications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and support to customers
