About the Role

The Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced HR Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR Digital Portfolio, you will be responsible for driving architectural and innovation efforts across various HR solutions.

You will work closely with product team level solution architects, technical area leads, chapter leads, product team leads, product owners, and other solution and enterprise architects within and outside of the portfolio to deliver internal software solutions and IT product offerings worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Define and design technology solutions that optimize HR solutions for rapid innovation while managing risks such as cybersecurity and operational resilience.
  • Act as a bridge between enterprise architecture and engineering, owning end-to-end solution designs within the HR product portfolio.
  • Optimize against multiple requirements including functional needs, quality attributes, cost, and enterprise-wide goals.
  • Develop and document architecture views and deliver required architecture artifacts for the delivery process.
  • Enable teams to maximize automation in the deployment pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of relevant experience in IT architecture with a strong technical background, preferably in large international professional services organizations.
  • Top-notch communication skills and a strong ability to understand and communicate effectively with various cultures.
  • Experience with scalable architectures, API management, serverless technologies, and SaaS low-code platform tools/technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming data into a usable decision asset for the enterprise.
