It integrates features like attendance tracking, billing, parent communication, and lesson planning into a single intuitive interface empowering educators to focus on nurturing young minds.

Our Growth Program Manager plays a key role in understanding what's working, what's not, and where we go next.

This role requires someone who can analyze data, see patterns others miss, and turn those into actions driving real impact.

You'll help us build dashboards to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI, and partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.

We're looking for someone who can conduct ongoing market research identifying new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.

This person will also be responsible for building mini-strategies for growth experiments, preparing concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.

In addition, you will own CRM automations, manage sales reporting & dashboards, support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.

You will identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency ensuring end-to-end execution of high-priority projects from ideation to results tracking.
