Job Title: Business Development Director
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Lead generation through networking, cold calling, social media, and attending relevant industry events.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong network in HR and Finance circles.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in payroll outsourcing, HR services, or SaaS domains.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
