Job Overview:

This is a high-level leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance business performance. The Associate Director will lead teams to establish innovative processes, optimize insurance collection, and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to improve business delivery
  • Lead the establishment of effective A/R processes and devise strategies to improve collections
  • Apply a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to optimize insurance collection
  • Manage all downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Follow-up/Denial Management, and Patient Billing
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing various provider specialties
  • Maintain portfolio performance against client and internal company benchmarks
  • Develop management capabilities and business acumen of direct reports and team members
  • Execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures
  • Display leadership skills with experience managing 5-10 teams
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written presentations
  • Perform annual performance reviews and appraisals
  • Create reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Foster strong customer service and employee retention

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with deep knowledge of metrics and calculations
  • Prior experience as an Associate Director or Senior Manager (minimum 2 years)
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 150+
  • Leadership capabilities with ability to organize and manage human resources
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel
