The Procurement Executive plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities. This role sources, negotiates, and purchases packaging materials, and services in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate Price and PO terms with vendors to achieve best value.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
- Handle Quality Control reports, rejections, and replacements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
