Business Growth Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across existing partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners (banks, fintech, etc.) to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
- Identify and develop business expansion opportunities across product categories.
- Develop sales pipeline through business partners leveraging available resources in coordination with product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
- Collaborate with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, plan, campaigns, promotions, pricing, and service delivery models for both existing and new products.
- Implement product enhancements across existing partner channels to drive business growth.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams like business, product, tech, marketing, compliance, etc., to ensure timely delivery on required customizations.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Conduct partner training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition programs, and other events to foster partner engagement.
- Develop and manage brand positioning strategies.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
We are looking for candidates with strong enterprise sales, channel management, or relationship management experience, preferably in the FX retail sector. CXO/leadership engagement capabilities, financial products, and tech knowledge are essential. Strong building and maintenance of external/internal/cross-functional relationships towards growth objectives is crucial. Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills are necessary. Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement is highly desirable.
Requirements:- Graduate degree in any field
- MBA/PG preferred
- Strong sales, leadership, and partnership management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial products and technology
