Job Summary


As a Sales Representative for Otis Products, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and finalizing orders, managing contracts, and supporting sales and marketing functions, including forecasting and target setting.


Key Responsibilities



  • Meeting with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements and develop customer databases
  • Establishing product strategies for assigned territories or accounts based on market trends
  • Identifying and maintaining relationships with key personnel in major customer organizations and providing product development and literature updates
  • Conducting market research, gathering competitor information, and generating new sales inquiries
  • Preparing and submitting elevator proposals and tenders, attending pre-bid meetings and negotiations
  • Following up on proposals and tenders, negotiating and finalizing orders, and processing received orders
  • Achieving minimum target sales of 90% for the year and promoting Gen2 bookings
  • Coordinating Sales and Innovation Meetings and ensuring customer visits align with guidelines
  • Maintaining effective contract management and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and mutually acceptable resolution of complaints
