Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join Elevate X Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales reps
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closing activities
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes
• Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
About You:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Start-Up sales, preferably in a TL role. You should have strong communication, leadership, and team management skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales pipeline management is a plus.
