Elevator Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Elevator Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining elevator markets for modernization growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain elevator markets for modernization growth
- Meet with customers to assess their requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and increase customer database
- Conduct market surveys and gather knowledge about potential elevator units
- Generate inquiries and finalize orders
- Survey existing elevators for replacement or modernization
- Prepare sales negotiation data sheets and submit model elevator proposals
- Prepare and submit tenders, with a detailed understanding of commercial activities
- Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiation meetings
- Follow up on proposals and tenders, and negotiate and finalize orders
- Process orders received and maintain proposal databases
- Coordinate with internal customers and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze loss processes from proposal to handover
