Job Title: Program Coordinator – Skill Development

We are seeking two dynamic Program Coordinators to support our skill development initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context in Odisha.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people in Odisha. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Mobilize, train, assess, certify, and place trainees.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Support documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and an in-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
