Program Coordinator – Skill Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to support our skill development initiatives in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing skill projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
