retired professional based in Odisha as a PR & Admin Officer,
ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, government/public sector, or corporate communications, wishing to contribute expertise flexibly. The role involves handling public relations, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government bodies, media houses, and stakeholders in Odisha.
- Support ADCO's brand visibility through press releases, newsletters, and local networking.
- Represent ADCO in official events, client meetings, and CSR activities.
- Monitor local media coverage and share relevant updates with management.
Administration
- Oversee general office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with official documentation, filing, and compliance-related tasks.
- Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination with local authorities whenever needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and networking abilities, especially in the Odisha region.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle tasks with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Retired professional with prior experience in
government, PSU, corporate administration, or public relations
. - Minimum of 15–20 years of professional work experience.
