. We are looking for a proactive and organized
Admin & HR professional
to join our core team in Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and payroll records.
- Implement HR policies, compliance and performance tracking.
- Organize employee engagement and training programs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company values.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and resource management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
- Manage inventory, logistics and office maintenance.
- Support management in documentation, scheduling and communication.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient and compliant office environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in HR and administrative roles. - Strong communication, multitasking and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, documentation and HR tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
