Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and learning initiatives within our organization. The role requires a balance between people-centric functions and process-driven operations, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous development. This is a full-time, in-house role based in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Publish job postings on relevant portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and maintain structured candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews, shortlist suitable profiles, and facilitate offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop partnerships with institutes and recruitment agencies for talent sourcing.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring documentation, policy briefing, and smooth integration.
  • Design and execute orientation sessions to align employees with company culture and processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and ensure statutory and policy compliance from Day 1.
  • Gather onboarding feedback and work on process improvements.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee attendance, leave, and employee record management.
  • Support in policy communication, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

4. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify training needs through regular performance discussions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with department heads to plan and implement training calendars.
  • Support in organizing in-house workshops, soft skills sessions, and functional training programs.
  • Maintain L&D records, track participation, and assess post-training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on creating a learning culture, encouraging skill enhancement and career growth initiatives.

5. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support for all functional teams.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct exit formalities and analyze feedback for retention improvement.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values and culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools (HRMS/ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
