Job Title: HR Admin

Department: Human Resources

Location: Unit-4, Madhusudan Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Reporting To: Managing Director

Job Summary:The HR Admin will handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational workflow. The role involves recruitment, employee database management, attendance, payroll coordination, and overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement activities.
  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Maintain documentation, correspondence, and filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Support management in HR reports, MIS, and audits.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics as required.
