Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle various payment methods including cash, credit, debit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Issue bills and invoices to customers accurately using billing software.
  • Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile cash at the end of the day.
  • Assist customers with billing queries and provide excellent service.
  • Coordinate with sales and stock teams for smooth billing and delivery.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and support audits when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, Tally, or billing software skills.
  • Good numerical and communication skills.
