Job Opportunity: Account Manager, Retail Business Service
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategies for managing vendors. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work closely with Amazon's vendors and internal teams to drive their growth on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Identify new opportunities across multiple brands and develop project plans.
- Measure success through input metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis.
Apart from the above requirements, it would be beneficial to have:
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each managed account.
- Relationship management experience within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
