
Reception and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Reception and Administrative Coordinator. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, managing the reception area and providing administrative support to management when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. They will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing visitor logs, and maintaining a professional office environment.
This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree: Any field
- Work Experience: 3 – 5 years
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentable skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle courier, mail, and document coordination
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Provide administrative support to management when required
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships
- Assist in sending brochure's to potential clients
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information
