Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee both human resource and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, accompanied by excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & HR Operations
    • Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
    • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including joining formalities and documentation.
    • Attend to attendance and leave management.
  • Administration & Office Management
    • Supervise day-to-day office operations.
    • Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
    • Ensure efficient functioning of workplace facilities.
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties
    • Provide a warm welcome and assist visitors/clients.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication effectively.
    • Maintain a professional office environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
