As a seasoned SAP ABAP HR Consultant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in developing and implementing HR-related solutions using SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working on night shifts with flexible schedules to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
  • Developing strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development to enhance business processes.
  • Enhancing skills in HR-specific ABAP development, covering Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Having knowledge of SAP HCM (HR) workflows, enhancements, and configurations to support business growth.
  • Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to design and implement efficient software solutions.
  • Understanding IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities to optimize HR processes.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is beneficial (cloud HR solutions) to stay ahead of industry trends.
