Influencer Marketing Strategist

This role is focused on developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies for clients. You will work closely with our operations team to deliver top-notch proposals, find talented influencers across various industries and channels, and collaborate with the strategy team to identify ideal influencers for client campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for influencer marketing and social media, as well as excellent research skills and the ability to think creatively. A structured approach to working, including planning and organisation skills, is also essential.
- We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, prioritising tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
- Acting as an influencer liaison for new partnerships and projects;
- Participating in brainstorm sessions as an expert in influencer marketing;
- Matching brands with influencers based on client briefs;
- Expanding our database of influencers and nurturing existing relationships;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field;
- A strong understanding of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A creative and outside-the-box thinking approach;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
