Employee Relations Lead

The Edge Partnership is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of our employees and ensuring a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, providing guidance on legal compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end HR policies and grievance procedures.
  • Support global stakeholders and ensure alignment with best practices across regions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.


Requirements:
  • Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • 13+ years of experience in employee relations or labor law, preferably within a GCC/global banking environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting global stakeholders, particularly in IT or related setups.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
