About the Role:

">
  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating footfall in stores, and providing inputs for store business plans.
  • You will also be responsible for compiling and analyzing competition data, identifying emerging threats and opportunities in the market, and generating leads for business potential and prospects for new store openings.
  • In addition, you will act as the key relationship manager with franchisees, ensuring operational compliance with SOPs, encouraging franchisee investment, and supporting operational aspects of the franchise network.
  • You will conduct regular store visits to recommend merchandise changes and identify gaps, provide actionable insights to improve product offerings based on store-level feedback, and monitor and ensure timely store openings.
  • Furthermore, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with cash management, stock management, cost control, housekeeping, and staff attendance policies, manage recruitment and onboarding for new stores, and undertake regular store audits to identify and rectify compliance gaps.
  • Finally, you will analyze consumer demographics across stores to tailor business strategies accordingly, build and maintain rapport with top customers at each store, hire Store Managers under the guidance of the Regional Manager, conduct quarterly appraisals and performance reviews for Store Managers, motivate and engage store teams to achieve business objectives, set weekly sales targets aligned with market trends and business expectations, and facilitate training programs to improve skills of Customer Care Associates and Store Managers.
