Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region
  • Ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices
  • Managing workplace expenses while ensuring cost efficiency
  • Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending value-driving solutions
  • Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate real estate principles and practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
  • Analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment
  • Ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions
