We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Guest Relationship Executive to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and assisting sales and CRM teams with client interactions and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers.
  • Handle front desk operations including walk-in inquiries and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist the sales and CRM teams by managing customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
