Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Sales Channel Liaison, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt and satisfactory service delivery to clients, including after-sales support.

  • Identify and engage with leads, leveraging effective communication skills to convert them into profitable partnerships.
  • Develop and report on sales performance metrics, striving to meet or exceed established targets.
  • Cultivate a network of contacts to explore fresh business avenues and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze gathered information to inform strategic decisions, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, including AUM and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present management information reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships to drive business expansion and enhance market reach within designated territories.
  • Maintain alignment with organizational norms and values, demonstrating integrity, customer-centricity, and language proficiency.
  • Stay current with market developments and possess a deep understanding of financial investments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Mutual Fund Industry is required.
  • A graduate or MBA degree is necessary for this position.
  • NISM Certification is mandatory for all applicants.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
