Campaign Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advertising and promotional campaigns using digital marketing tools, ensuring seamless campaign setup, launch, and monitoring.
  • Manage campaign configuration, validation, and delivery, adhering to technical and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational coordination and support.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and manage support tickets efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Evaluate campaign deliverables, assets, and targeting before execution, ensuring quality control processes.
  • Escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution, maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools, such as Salesforce and AdTech platforms, is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination, with flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and prior domain experience in campaign operations are desirable.
