Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management: audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights, improve ROI, and scale budgets effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experimentation and Innovation
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in paid media/performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with programmatic and e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-performing results
