This position is ideal for a results-driven marketing specialist with expertise in Google Ads. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive Google Performance Max campaigns targeting local and regional small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the USA.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality.
  • Evaluate and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google Ads certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Able to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget
  • Excellent communication and English proficiency
