Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing key social media accounts. You will monitor engagement and derive insights from data to inform strategies and create relatable content.

This role requires someone who can think on their feet and possess excellent communication skills.

You will be crafting engaging campaigns and building relationships to make a real impact in this exciting role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving excellence across clients by generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence and brand awareness
  • Managing work efficiently and collaborating with the team to deliver on client campaigns
  • Teaming up with writers and designers to create snappy and superbly written and designed creatives
  • Providing strategic inputs to the design and content teams based on client feedback
  • Establishing a content strategy that is in sync with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms
  • Maintaining digital and new media industry trends

Key areas of focus include campaign content creation on various digital platforms, developing innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms, and utilizing analytics to monitor the effectiveness of campaign aspects.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably with 2 years of experience in an agency
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies
