Pharmaceutical Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the area, monitoring sales performance and adjusting tactics as needed to drive results.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets its goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area, developing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
