At our company, we are looking for a highly skilled Marketing and Sales leader to join our team. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup building an AI-native marketing, support and sales suite for e-commerce brands.

We have gained traction in the market with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and have raised significant funding along the way. Our investors believe in us and have provided us with the resources to continue growing and innovating.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a real impact at our company. As a Marketing and Sales leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of BDRs and AEs to generate new revenue streams and drive business growth.

The Role:

You will own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment. We are looking for someone to lead, grow, and optimize this team as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook — from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and flows.
  • Track performance metrics, dig into the data, and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate.
  • Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Hands-on with outbound prospecting — you know your way around cold calls, emails, and messages, and have the wins to prove it.
  • Enjoy coaching and mentoring — helping your team grow is something you genuinely care about.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and always on the lookout for ways to streamline things.
