School Franchise Development Executive
Job Description:
The role reports to the Business Director and is responsible for expanding business operations and developing franchises of educational institutions. The candidate requires exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business partners for expansion of Pre-School franchises.
- Locate suitable locations and conduct city profiling for new school openings.
- Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
- Present business opportunities to potential partners.
- Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.
- Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for franchise acquisition.
- Manage revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launching of products in the region.
- Coordinate with Business Partners for smooth functioning of academic centers.
- Build the school brand in target markets and inspect centers.
- Ensure high-quality academic processes and delivery according to company standards.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry.
- Correct tier-related issues and procedures.
- Adhere to legal norms and procedures.
- Submit bi-weekly reports on acquisitions.
- Prepare regional collection reports and center performance summaries.
Qualification & Requisite:
- Post-Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) or Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
