Business Growth Leader

The Business Growth Leader is a key position responsible for driving business expansion by identifying and capturing new opportunities in both public and private sectors.

  • Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing comprehensive strategies for team collaboration, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Evaluating market trends to identify potential opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Reviewing and qualifying RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process forward.
  • Preparing written proposals through collaborative concept development, information gathering, and writing.
  • Maintaining reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
  • Developing compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Conducting after-action reviews for all contracts and documenting lessons learned.
Experience Requirements:
  • Proven experience in capture-related activities for Federal or State procurements.
  • A solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
  • Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
