Business Development Representative - Client Relationship Specialist
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our Research & Consulting team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
