Sr. Manager – New Business & Growth

Key responsibilities for this pivotal role include driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, able to create and execute business development strategies.

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
  • GROWTH STRATEGY EXECUTION:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS & INSIGHT:
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
    • Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • PITCHING & CONVERSIONS:
    • Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or growth roles, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
