Executive Chef & Hospitality Manager

The primary objective of this position is to oversee all food and beverage operations, encompassing culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains performance metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Leads the Food and Beverage team to deliver premium customer experiences
  • Spearheads daily operations, drives quality control, and verifies that service standards meet client expectations
Additional Accountabilities
  • Complies with corporate financial regulations
  • Fosters effective departmental communication and information systems
  • Provides guidance and direction to subordinates
