Role Description
We're looking for a passionate and experienced chef (4–8 years experience) to join us for a short-term duration. The package and perks will be competitive. You will help us with setting the right standards and quality in kitchen experience. You will also mentor junior chefs. You will help design the premium continental menu with variations in nutrition as suggested by nutritionists.
What's the Role?
We're seeking a contract chef (4–8 years' experience) to collaborate on signature continental salads, wraps, and nutritional experiences for our launch menus and special projects.
Your Contribution:
- Lead menu innovation for high-concept, vegetarian wellness dishes
- Oversee recipe development, tastings, plating standards, and kitchen workflows
- Mentor junior chefs, ensuring premium quality and efficient execution
- Partner with founders to develop culinary storytelling and premium sourcing strategies
- Experiment with new techniques and create seasonal/limited-edition offerings
Who Should Apply?
- Culinary experts with
4–8 years
' professional experience, ideally in top restaurants/hotels/catering - Track record in vegetarian/continental/health-forward cuisine
- Eye for premium detail, nutrition, and modern plating
- Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to craft something new and leave a mark
- Immediate availability for a contract/consulting role (project-based, with potential for extension)
