We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fostering existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly/quarterly acquisition targets
- Achieve a minimum of 2 franchise acquisitions per month with an average revenue of at least $50,000 per franchisee
- Maintain ongoing relationships with Franchisees and provide necessary support for growth
- Identify new market segments and tap into profitable business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain high-performing Franchisees
- Strong network and outreach skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
