Job Title: Growth Office Leader
The Senior Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in the outbound and inbound prospecting efforts of the organization. They collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on accounts and contacts, engaging in sales outreach and collaboration with sales leadership and representatives.
- Work with the sales team to identify target accounts and contacts, execute targeted outbound sales campaigns by line of business and market.
- Efficiently qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, respond to emails within the stipulated timeline, and seamlessly transition them to the sales team.
- Stay updated on market trends through periodic research on prospects, leveraging various databases and tools including ZoomInfo and XIQ insights.
- Create and optimize call scripts tailored to specific industries, pain points, and value propositions, developing targeted messaging by line of business and persona.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, sharing data insights and feedback to refine message development and outreach approaches.
- Utilize CRM tools to plan and track activities, update prospect information, and generate reports on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Inside sales, Business Development, or similar roles, preferably in analytics, digital operations, and digital transformation sales operations.
- Prior experience in healthcare domains (particularly payer and provider operations), analytics, and digital transformation solutions is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
